About the program

The Medical Student Neurosurgery Training Camp was started in 2018 by medical students at Weill Cornell Medical College with the purpose of providing a hands-on course designed by medical students for medical students aspiring to become neurological surgeons. In 2019, students at Cornell partnered with students from the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California to host a training camp in Los Angeles. Each course is designed for medical students of all years, whether you are a first year student looking to get exposed to the field of neurosurgery or a third year student seeking a crash course before starting your sub-internship rotations.
